Ultrasonic welding
How the machine works
It joins individual pieces of glass and filters into a complete headlight via ultrasonic energy welding, even from the front side, through the protective foil.
Thermal welding
Manufacturing lights without thermal welding is impossible. In doing so, we use our own technology on the production lines.

It implements the technology of “hot stamping” welding to join parts with electronics in areas where the ultrasonic process could damage the components.
Mechanical assembly
You can’t make lights without mechanical assembly.

The machine installs the small parts into the final set of lights using clips and screws.
Testing
Every product on our machines isn’t only manufactured with great quality but its required properties are also monitored and inspected.

The machine uses sensors, cameras, and electronic testers to inspect the completeness and functionality of the entire product.
