Single-purpose machine tools

Single-purpose machine tools are designed and produced with various levels of automation, i.e. from workplaces with manual setting of components up to fully automated machines with automatic feeding of semi-finished products and storage of the final product.

Control operations form a part of these workplaces which ensures the quality of the product as well as of all input components. The most common machining operations are drilling, threading, milling and turning, which is followed by quality control of these operations comprising mainly of measuring the dimensions. The volume of annual production is 5 – 10 mil. CZK.
